The prices listed are only the base prices for standard models. The final total may be higher based on the difficulty and any additional features added.

I take at least Half Payment Up front. The rest of the payment is due upon the completion of the project.

Revisions are allowed throughout my rigging process. I will send updates!

Redoing work already done may result in additional charges.

Model Revisions are not accepted after 30 days of recieving your model. Further revisions will incur fees from that point on.

I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to withdraw from finishing a commission if problems occur and for any reason. Depending on the progress made on the project and time I've spent, you may receive a full, partial, or no refund.

Full refunds are allowed if I have not started on the project yet. Partial refunds will be given if the project has been started, proportional to how much work has been done.

My work is not to be used for or in association to AI, NFT's or any other crypto related uses, projects that glorifies or promotes Racism / Sexism / Hate / Gore / Harassment / Threats / Self-Harm / Suicide / Animal Harm / Excessive Violence / Sexualizing Children, or anything that violates anyone's Intellectual Property or other Rights.

If for some reason your PayPal account isn't working or authorizes a refund request without you knowing somehow, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

Issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you.

DO NOT EVER issue a Chargeback to my Paypal.

If you absolutely need to cancel a project, you MUST CONTACT ME for a Refund!

Rigging Commissions are considered for Commercial Use.

You ARE NOT ALLOWED to claim my work as your own work.

You ARE NOT ALLOWED to copy, re-create, make changes, modify, reproduce, sell, or ask another artist to copy, re-create, modify, reproduce, sell, or make alterations to the Commissions without my Explicit Consent.

The Commissioner may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited, linked back to me, and doesn't claim it as their work.

I reserve the right to post your Commissions on social media and add them to my portfolio as well as advertise my business with them.

I own the work. I reserve the right to redistribute, reproduce, and use it as a sample for sales and self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

By Commissioning me, you have agreed that you have read and accepted all the terms outlined above. Here you'll agree to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all Images and Audio Credits to me. Violators will be added to my blacklist without any warnings either temporarily or permanently.
